Children’s Programming is at the heart of any Jack and Jill Chapter and extraordinary programming is what sets Jack and Jill apart from other Mothers and Children’s organizations.
Programming initiatives are carefully selected by Jack and Jill of America, Inc National Executive Board and includes thrusts such as: Health, Educational, Civic, Cultural, and Social/Recreational. Age Group Activities, planned annually by our Mother Members, and under the guidance of our Chapter Program Director, include these themes into each activity.
Jack and Jill Monarch Cities Chapter’s Grade Groups are as follows:
Group 1 - Dreamers (PK2-K)
Group 2 - Believers (1st & 2nd Grade)
Group 3 - Thinkers (3rd & 4th Grade)
Group 4 - Scholars (5th & 6th Grade)
Group 5 - Achievers (7th & 8th Grade)
Group 6/Teens - Navigators (9th-12th Grade)
The teen group is the pinnacle of the Jack and Jill Experience. Under the guidance of our teen advisors, they are responsible for planning their programming events. Our teens hold offices, chair committees, conduct their own meetings, and serve as teen hosts for their activities. These activities center around leadership development, legislative advocacy, community service, financial literacy modules, and participation in the annual Teen Leadership Conferences.
The Associates group is comprised of Mothers who have successfully tenured/graduated out of Jack and Jill and who are passionate about staying connected to each other and supporting the current Mother members through time, talent and resources.
The purpose of the Father’s Auxiliary is to serve as positive male role models for the children of Jack & Jill and to help support the Mothers in age group activities and Chapter activities.
